Luckshare is committed to building legal, compliant, and transparent partnerships between brands and
influencers. We require all parties—including brands and content creators—to strictly adhere to this
Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”). Any violation of this AUP constitutes a breach of Luckshare’s Terms of
Service and may result in termination of cooperation, freezing of payments, and legal action.

2. Monitoring and Compliance Framework
Luckshare has established a three‑tier monitoring and compliance framework to
rigorously prevent any promotion that violates this AUP.
(1) Pre‑Campaign Due Diligence (KYC & Content Pre‑Screening)
Brand/Influencer
Vetting:Before onboarding, we conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all brands and
influencers, including verification of business registration, product catalogs, and past promotional
history, to screen out high‑risk entities involved in prohibited categories (e.g., adult content, weapons,
counterfeit goods, illegal financial schemes).
Contractual
Compliance:All agreements with brands and influencers explicitly incorporate clauses that prohibit
the promotion of items/services that violate this AUP. Breach of these terms results in immediate contract
termination and potential legal action.
(2) Real‑Time Content Monitoring (Automated & Manual Review)
Automated Keyword
Scrubbing:We use content monitoring tools to scan campaign materials (scripts, posts, videos) for
keywords related to prohibited activities under this AUP (e.g., “get rich quick,” “cryptocurrency investment
schemes,” “adult services”).
Human Compliance Review:
A dedicated compliance team samples and reviews live and pre‑recorded content before publication. Any
flagged content is immediately halted for revision.
(3) Post‑Campaign Audit & Reactive Takedown
Random Audits:
We perform regular post‑campaign audits on a sampling basis to ensure ongoing compliance.
24/7 Takedown Protocol:
We maintain a 24/7 reporting channel. If any previously undetected AUP‑violating content is reported
or discovered, we initiate an immediate takedown process and suspend all payments to the involved parties
pending investigation.
Conclusion:Luckshare is fully committed to
operating within a legal and compliant framework. We do not and will not facilitate payments or promotions
for any brand or influencer involved in activities prohibited under this AUP.
3. Deliverable Review and Completion Confirmation Process
Luckshare conducts a full‑cycle review of all content
and deliverables to ensure that
influencers 100% complete the brand‑required deliverables. Our process consists of three key stages:
(1) Pre‑Launch: Mandatory Content Review & Approval
Draft Review:
Before any content goes live, influencers are required to submit all drafts (scripts, visuals,
captions) to Luckshare’s project managers.
Brand
Alignment:We perform a line‑by‑line review against the campaign brief to ensure that messaging,
branding, and legal disclosures (e.g., #ad) are correct. Content is cleared for publishing only after formal
approval from both Luckshare and the brand.
(2) Post‑Publication: Proof of Performance (POP) Verification
Link & Screenshot
Submission: Upon publishing, influencers must submit direct links to the live posts along with
timestamped screenshots as Proof of Performance.
Quality Gate Check:
Our team verifies that each deliverable is live, publicly accessible, and matches the approved draft.
We also conduct spot checks on engagement metrics to confirm authenticity.
(3) Payment & Compliance Gate
Payment Holdback:
Luckshare typically holds final payment until all deliverables are verified as completed and
approved. Incomplete or non‑compliant posts result in payment withholding until corrections are made.
Audit Trail:
We maintain a centralized dashboard for each campaign, tracking the status
(Pending/Approved/Rejected) of every single deliverable, providing full transparency to the brand.
Summary: Luckshare does not merely forward
content; we act as a quality and compliance gatekeeper, reviewing all materials before and after publication
to guarantee that brand requirements are fully met.
4. Policy Updates
Luckshare reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Material changes will
be communicated through website notices or email notifications to partners. Please check this page regularly
for the most current version.
